JOIN US FOR THE OBERCREEK WINTER SHARE!

We are thrilled to be offering a Winter Share for the second year — running from January 3rd through March 30th, 2025 with pickup available Wednesdays through Sundays every week — featuring a plethora of Obercreek-grown root and storage crops such as turnips, beets, radishes, cabbage, garlic and more, as well as a variety of Obercreek-grown fresh cut greens from our greenhouses, including lettuce mix, arugula, mustard mix, and of course, our beloved winter spinach. In addition to all that Obercreek has to offer in the winter, your share will also give you access to all other products sold in the Farm Stand! That’s right, your membership will include everything from winter veggies and fruits from other farms (apples, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and more) to beans, pasta, polenta, and other pantry staples, to meat and pre-made savory pies, to fresh baked goods. We are including our entire store in this winter share to provide an easy way to get not only your Obercreek veggies, but everything you need for dinner — and more — to help reduce your shopping load and to spice up a time of year when it’s easy to get stuck in a culinary rut. We’re happy to offer two share levels — Full and Small — to best suit the needs of you and yours.

This type of share has traditionally been offered by farms who are able to offer “whole diet” farm shares that provide not only vegetables, but meat, milk, eggs, and more from their own farm. More frequently these days, many farms partner up to offer whole diet shares, and we are happy to now do the same with the same free choice model you came to know and love this summer, but with the added bonus of including everything else in the store. We are proud to feature so many other local and regional farms and producers in the farm stand, and we want you to have the opportunity to experience all that we have to offer. You know our deliciously fresh vegetables grown right here on the farm, and now you can use your share to enjoy them with sweet potatoes from Columbia County, cheese from Rensselaer County, pastured chicken from Delaware County, eggs from Clinton County, pierogi, crackers, and pickles from Massachusetts, legumes and grains from New York State, or go international with our selection of olive oils, boutique pastas, anchovies, and chocolates. The Obercreek Farm Stand and all it has to offer is your oyster with this new share! Please note that this share is only for use at our on-farm store, and cannot be redeemed at our farmers market booths.
